Simple
Present Tense
- Government gives fund 1 trillion to political parties.
- PT Bukit Asam distributes cash dividend amounting to Rp 705,7 billiond.
- Rising fuel prices makes consumer’s purchasing ability is low.
Present
Continous
- The exchange rate is rising now.
- Fuel prices are now rising again.
- Freight rate in Bogor is rising again due to rising fuel prices.
Simple
past tense
- I studied accounting for almost 3 years in vocational high school.
- I am comparing the profit from PT Gudang Garam and PT Djarum.
- The econimic crisis occurred in 1998.
Past continous tense
- I was reading economic macro in the library when the rained.
- I was shopping basic comodities at this time yesterday.
- Indonesian APBN was decreasing when coruption in Indonesia increased.
Past
perfect tense
- In 2011, inflation of Indonesia had reached 3,79%.
- APBN of Indonesia always had decreased when coruption in Indonesia increased.
- People’s welfare had decreased because of inflation.
