Martha Tilaar, A Successful Indonesian Business Woman
Matha Tilaar, is a successful business woman in Indonesia we know about. She is owner and director of Martha Tilaar Group, who have 11 branch companies. Martha Tilaar Group is a cosmetic company which use the wealth of Indonesian nature as it basic material. Martha Tilaar often came to beauty contests as a jury and her product became a main cosmetic in that event.
In 1977 Martha Tilaar collaborated with Theresia Harsini
Setiady, from PT Kalbe Farma to build a company named PT Mertina Berto to
produce cosmetic and jamu. That company launch Sariayu Cosmetic as first
product.
In 1983, Martha Tilaar build PT Sari Ayu Indonesia as a
distributor Sariayu Cosmetics product. Then in 1986 she build second company in
Pulogadung industry areas. Her business keep growing and now the stocks of PT
Martina Berto is had by Martha and her family.
Martha Tilaar has good work ethos, always think positive,
never give up and always make an inovation for her product. Now, the product of
Martha Tilaar Group are Biokos, Belia, Caring Colours, Professional Artist
Cosmetics (PAC), Aromatic, and Jamu Garden. Martha Tilaar Group has 11 branch
companies and 6.000 employees that 70% of it is women. Martha send her
researcher to Perancis and Netherland to learn etnobotany and medical
antropology so they can evolve their local product. Martha also build a Martha
Tilaar Foundation as her caring for women. She educated women and housewife
about beauty. It has purpose in order to women have skill about beauty
business.
In 1984 Martha Tilaar got title of Honoris Causa in Fashion and Artistry sector from World University Tuscon, Arizona, USA. PT Martina Berto also got some appreciations like Halal Certificate, Corporate Image Award 2011, Corporate Image Award 2013, Rintisan Teknologi Appreciation 2012 and The Best In Green Marketing in Marketing Award 2013. And as a corporation, Martha Tilaar Group had gotten ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.

BalasHapusoke, I want to give you slight correction,in a few your sentences you used word "build", besides build is verb 1 but your sentences is past tense so you must use verb 2, so the right word is built not build.
